• X28 and X38 stops on Surf Ave at W 21st St are closed in both directions
  For northbound service, use the temporary stop on Surf Ave at W 22nd St.
  For southbound service, use the stop on W 17th St at Mermaid Ave.

• Northbound X38 and X28 buses in both directions are detoured because of roadwork taking place along 86th St between 11th Ave and 13th Ave.
  While detoured, northbound X38 buses will not service the 86th St/12th Ave stop.
  
  Stops will instead be made, as requested, along 84th St.
  
  X28 buses will not service the 86th St/12th Ave stop in either direction.
  
  Northbound buses will instead make stops, as requested, along 84th St.
  
  Southbound buses will instead make stops, as requested, along Bay Ridge Pkwy.
